Return and Refund Policy

At HairByTheLab, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Opened or used hair extensions.
Products marked as final sale.
Gift cards.

Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@hairbythelab.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product.

Refunds

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item(s). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@hairbythelab.com with details of the defect or damage.
